The story
Sümeyra Evsen creates miniature worlds. The finished pieces reveal extraordinary detail, but there is another story behind them: the perspective, motivation and imagination of the artist herself.
This artist portrait makes room for that story. Through her own voice, the film brings the person behind the miniatures into view.
Our approach
We created a documentary portrait to explore her practice. The work goes beyond showing the finished objects, opening a window onto the ideas and experiences behind them.
Featured on TRT Türk
Our artist portrait of Sümeyra Evsen was featured in Kültür Pusulası on TRT Türk, following an interview about her work as a miniature artist. Seeing the film become part of a television programme brought her story to a wider audience. A proud moment for Sümeyra and our team.
Sümeyra’s interview starts at 20:00; our film follows.
